Synergy Game Night

I think a better title for the party should have been Sundae Games! :-)

We hosted our monthly social for Synergy at our house tonight. We had 12 people show up, which sometimes is a big deal for us, but it was a perfect number! We had such a good time! We also ate ice cream and brought toppings. We don't get that sugar rush very often! (hence the reason I am up at 11:30 typing a blog!) We started with Imaginiff, which is a very fun game if you've never played! Brad and I win a lot of games, but this one, Ryan Steele actually dominated, and poor Shane and were left in the dust. It was a lot of fun, especially getting to know some of the couples we aren't as close with!

Then we decided since we had a bigger number that we should divide up and play different games. We started "The Office DVD game" and "Phase 10"! Both great games! Here are a few pictures of the group:

After a while, Mindy got tired of Ryan not posing well in pictures, we had to just do them by themselves....

(As you can see, Ryan still wouldn't cooperate! )

Shane also made the claim that EVERYONE has smoked a pretzel before....Here's the demonstration in case you are unfamiliar with that action.

Then he became a chain smoker.....

As you can see, we always have a great time with our Synergy family! I hope that our parties together will continue to be as wonderful! God has given us a tremendous blessing by providing us with such a wonderful church family!
